To date Deeds for Needs have 610 hours exchanged in the Time Bank. Exchanges have included:

• Cleaning
• Companionship
• Needlework
• Taking items to the tip
• Gardening

Who are Deeds for Needs?

The Deeds for Needs team are Aberfeldy locals Jackie Thomson and Fiona Somerled.

Jackie Thomson recently retired from a Secretarial role at Breadalbane Academy. Still keeping a foot in the door at the busy Community Campus Jackie will be Head Invigilator at the School for the forthcoming Summer Exams. Jackie dabbles in many things and has many hidden talents in skills – including some recent curtain making for a member of the Time Bank!

Fiona Somerled is newbie to Aberfeldy. Having only moved to the area last year she has already thrown herself into community life and has joined several clubs and groups including the Drama Group and The Birks Cinema Group.
